Redeem your Groupon Voucher
Just before you go ahead and book, it's vital you read & agree to the below.

Your Groupon experience
(as communicated by Groupon at point of sale and on voucher confirmation)
- Experience includes two flights for one person as well as 1 x digital photo and 1 x digital movie.
Voucher Validity
- Valid for flights flown between 23rd April – 30th September 2019.
- Flights may be flown Mon-Fri 9am-10pm, and Sun after 7pm.
- Excludes 27th – 31st May 2019.
- Excludes bank holidays.
- Voucher is valid for 2 flights for 1 person
- Available for redemption at iFLY Basingstoke, Manchester & Milton Keynes only.
Rescheduling
- A surcharge charge of £6 per experience/voucher will apply to reschedule bookings with more than 48 hours’ notice.
- With less than 48 hours’ notice, a surcharge of £15 per experience/voucher will apply.
Participant Guidelines
- Signed permission required on the day from an accompanying parent or guardian if under 18 years of age.
- Before flying, a ‘Declaration of Risk’ must be completed and all participants must undergo a safety briefing.
- Please allow 90 minutes at iFLY from arrival to departure.
Do not fly if:
- Under 3 years of age.
- Over 18 stone (114kgs) in weight.
- Pregnant.
- Under influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
- Have previously dislocated shoulder(s) or shoulder injury.
- Wearing a hard plaster cast.
- Have history of heart, back or neck complaints.

Your Groupon Voucher:
- If you have a hard copy voucher, you must bring it on the day of your experience.
- If you have an e-voucher, you must print it and bring it on the day of your experience.
- NB: We require the original – we do not accept images/pictures on mobile devices.
- If you don’t bring (a) the original hard copy voucher or (b) a print-out of your e-voucher, you will be unable to fly without full payment.
Your Booking:
- When you have booked a time and date to fly, we'll send you an email confirmation.
- Please read it immediately to ensure you know everything about a visit to iFLY.
- If you don't receive an email confirmation, it's likely you did not complete your booking and you should contact us straight away.
On the day:
On arrival, iFLY will provide the flyer with a media code to allow them to download their digital photo and digital movie post-flight.
