So, you're in possession of a Red Letter Days voucher. That's great, we can't wait to see you!
But just before you go ahead and make your online booking, there are a few really important things to be aware of below.
Please don't skip this page without reading it, we promise it won't take long.
Red Letter Days has issued you with a Booking Instructions Letter, containing your unique booking reference. You must print this letter and bring it with you on the day of your flight.
For avoidance of doubt, showing us an electronic copy of your letter on your mobile phone doesn't quite work for us, but a good old fashioned print-out of the letter definitely does the trick. Black & white is just fine.
In the event that you do arrive without your Booking Instructions Letter, the good news is that we can still fly you if you're happy to make an interim payment for your flight experience. Don't worry though, we're happy to refund you as soon as you're able send us your valid and in date, original Booking Instructions Letter. We hope you'll appreciate that this process involves a fair bit of administration for us, so we process the refund less 5%. Simply arriving with your Booking Instructions Letter in hand, however, avoids any issues - we prefer it that way.
All Red Letter Days vouchers carry an expiry date. You must have flown your experience BEFORE the expiry date on your voucher.
We will ask you for the expiry date during your online booking, so please ensure you tell us the true expiry details. If you arrive on the day with an 'out-of-date' voucher, we're sorry but we won't be able to fly you.
Finally, it's imperative you read (in full) your confirmation e-mail from iFLY after you have made your booking.
That way, we can all be sure you arrive on time and correctly prepared for your flight experience.
